@effect/workflow - currently in alpha.
The v4 beta has been evolving rapidly since launch — here are the most notable changes that landed this week in effect-smol.
Tx modules & transaction model refactored, improving consistency and ergonomics across transactional workflows.Schema.makeOption / SchemaParser.makeOption for constructing schema values as Option, introduced OptionFromUndefinedOr and OptionFromNullishOr, and fixed Schema.encodeKeys to correctly encode non-remapped struct fields.You can follow the full changelog directly in the effect-smol repository.

The Effect 4.0 beta feels amazing so far Synced versions across all ecosystem packages + most stuff being in the core effect pkg is so good Makes using stuff like command, http, etc. So much easier which is great. Effect's CLI package is the best one I've ever used.
The learning curve for building with @EffectTS_ isn’t steep anymore, AI changes the game. Point Claude at a couple cloned repos to learn the primitives and patterns, and you’re off to the races.
@effect-native/*@beta - packages have been released with v4 support.
