- All ticket sales for Effect Days Conference are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Effectful Technologies Inc.

- Effectful Technologies Inc. reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.
- Approved refunds may be subject to processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
